Kal was a true professional. I contacted him with a request for same day service. He went out of his way to accommodate my request. He was punctual, friendly, professional and provided quality work. I bought a Samsung SUHD 65" Curved television which Samsung provided no assistance for providing instructions / guidance on mounting my television. Kal came to my home, he was quick, and provided a fantastic quality service. He also added Control4 Remote & Controller so i can control all the equipment with 1 remote control. I recommend Kal and would hire him again. My hope is others find this review helpful when trying to sift through a world on online providers and looking for someone who is trustworthy
Khal was incredibly knowledgeable and also super cool and easy going. He thought of great ideas about how and where to install our TV's & multi Zone Music System, taking into consideration the height of the bed in the bedroom and the fireplace in the living room. Installed all the Cable boxes & Apple TV's in the cabinet so there is no clutter & wires under the TV's. It was such a great experience - which as anyone knows who lives in NYC - is hard to come by. The whole experience was smooth, easy & reasonably priced. We highly recommend Extreme Audio Video and Khaled!
I relied on many of the other reviewers who had positive impressions of Kal and could not have been happier. A really first class professional. A couple of the highlights: - Very clean approach; had his tools very well organized, took great measures to minimize the mess and took time to do a thorough clean up - Unlike my last install, he made sure to minimize the amount of drilling into the wall required to get the job done - this will really help when i move out later - he also used a really nice thru-wall wire management system so that the wires look like they are supposed to be coming through the wall, rather than just having them stick out of a hole (and he did this without me having to ask for it, which i was prepared to do) - he charge a very fair price for the couple pieces of equipment that i needed - he was very open minded about placement; a great blend of experienced wisdom which he proactively shared, but he was not afraid to listen to what i wanted to do. We reached the right outcome on positioning as a result - i would have trusted Kal with a much bigger and more complex job with total confidence if i needed more to be done (i wish i had) Bottom line, if you want your TVs mounted the right way, Kal is a great choice. You will not be disappointed
Kal did a great job. He spent all day at my house running cable and installing 2 TV's & Surround Sound system. It was definitely more work than he signed up for and didn't charge me extra. He did a neat and professional job. Best customer service I've seen on Staten Island.. Will be using him for other jobs in the future. I highly recommend his services..
Sent my request and within minutes I received a call back from Kal. He was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable over the phone so I felt comfortable and set up an appointment. Kal arrived on time, we talked about what I needed, he made some great suggestions, we agreed on the price and he went to work, Installed 4 TV's around my house & added Crestron System to control everything. My prior experience with this particular installation was time-consuming, costly, and ineffective. What a relief to have Kal handle the job at half the time and cost, and with such a comforting can-do personality. He Installed Control4 System & made it so easy to use even from my phone . Excellent! Arrived on time and performed the work perfectly. Khaled was friendly, professional, and did a great job mounting my tv on the wall, Install my 5.1 Surround Sound System . I had used BestBuy at my old apartment but they didn't hide the wires in the wall or even mention it as an option. Khaled was a true professional and I would definitely use him in the future.
Kal was extremely helpful and professional. He called immediately, gave me the most competitive pricing and was great when it came to scheduling. Regarding the job: He was extremely clean, made sure to unbox the TV nicely and did a great job. The soundbar which he installed didn't look straight to him and he didn't give up until it was perfect.
We also had him install Lutron Lighting & shades in the house. Made it so easy to control.
Kal was very professional. He arrived early and Was extremley courteous and neat with his work, was very mindful of our toddler running around.
